In 1997 the Caus-N-ff-ct publishing company was founded. As lots of the artists were not working exclusively with a publisher, as well as the rights for young composers and writer were very difficult in daily use, this idea was born.

The cooperation with foreign publishing companies can be very successfull. The international evaluation of different tracks can be handled more efficent, while delegating the rights to different sub-publishers or delegating it to an international Publishing company for different countries, as well as worldwide.

For that it has got - in regard of the usual Gema-evaluation - lots of advantages:

- financial control gets much easier

- shorter waiting terms for collection

- possibilities for market following promotion and marketing at the differnt areas

- effecitve protection of the copyright

- specific use over the different areas: such as films, promotion, TV, etc.

Since 1997 CNF Publishing is a member of GEMA. Meanwhile the catalouge shows different productions from the following artists:

The Company has started from the beginning on as an independant legal personality. Michael Suiter and his partner Lars Friedrich Krone are responsible for this part of CNF. Lars Friedrich Krone is an independant lawyer since 1996 and running his own office in Munich. Major work is in the part of copyright, publishing and contract rights.
